If you prefer to workout in the comfort of your home, this option is for you. We will utilize equipment you have or equipment will be brought upon request.
In-home sessions are dependent on location and the trainer’s schedule. 30 minute or 60 minute sessions available.

Gym Sessions
Gym sessions are located at a personal training studio in the North Center area of Chicago. Gym sessions will allow for more use of various equipment. Please reach out for additional information.

Subscription Programming
My subscription-based training programs provide customized workouts designed around your goals, fitness level, available equipment, and schedule. Each program includes weekly workouts with ongoing progressions to help you build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent. Depending on the level of support you choose, you'll also receive form checks, feedback, and regular check-ins to keep you accountable and moving forward. This option is ideal for individuals who want guidance, structure, and support while maintaining the flexibility to work out on their own schedule.
